Return & Refund Policy

At JoraJora, we want you to be happy with your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws and the exceptions provided by law.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with their original packaging and accessories.

Some products may not be eligible for return where the nature of the product, its condition, packaging, or applicable law prevents its return.

Custom-made or personalized products made according to specifications provided by the customer are not eligible for return where the product conforms to those specifications.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order and provide photos or other relevant details.

Where applicable, JoraJora will repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method and in accordance with applicable laws and payment-provider procedures.

For cash-on-delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Return Shipping

Where a return is required because the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, JoraJora will handle the return in accordance with applicable law.

For other eligible returns, return shipping arrangements and costs will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the return.
